Game On is a speculative science fiction thriller novella complete, blending the psychological tension of Black Mirror with the layered narrative complexity of House of Leaves.

When twelve-year-old Ezra is pulled into a sentient game through his television, he must navigate a series of escalating trials that manipulate memory, identity, and choice. Inside the system, players are reduced to variables, and those who linger too long become “inactive”—forgotten by both the game and themselves.

Teaming up with Imani, a seasoned player searching for her missing brother, Ezra begins to resist the system’s logic. Their growing bond destabilizes the game’s structure, drawing the attention of something beyond its design: an external presence capable of rewriting the rules entirely.

As the boundary between player and creator collapses, the narrative shifts from survival to authorship—forcing the characters to confront a final question:
